Thank you for wanting to adopt! Fill out an application to get started. If you still have questions, here are some common questions and answers.

If you are inquiring about adopting an animal, the first step is to submit an application via our website. It usually takes 2-3 days for one of our adoption team members to process your application. Visit the adoption page for more information.

If you are inquiring about availability of an animal, please check our website. If the animal is listed on the website, it is available. Visit the adoption page for more information.

If you are inquiring about additional information on an animal please check our website for animal profiles and pictures. Visit the adoption page for more information.

Is the pet in immediate, life-or-death harm?

Yes? Please call 911 and/or Wichita Animal Services and send us a Facebook message for fastest response.
No? Please send us a message.

Can you continue fostering your animal for at least one month (or longer) while we look for a new home? All food, litter and vet care is provided.

Please try listing your pet(s) on these websites Adopt A Pet, Rehome Your Pets, and for dogs How I Met My Dog. They will help you in building a profile, teach you how to review applications and conduct a safe meeting with potential new owners. This is a really great way to save your pet the stress of moving houses and you get to pick who he/she goes to.
