Community Pet Food Banks

WAAL provides food donations to the food banks listed below on a monthly basis. Supplies are limited and food may not always be available. Please contact the food bank directly for food availability and any distribution requirements. 
 
Residents of Planeview ONLY can contact our Pets for Life program coordinator at 316-361-9341 for assistance. She will not be able to help anyone that is not verified as living in the Planeview area.
 
Residents of Hilltop ONLY can contact 316-285-4988 for assistance. You will not receive help if you are not verified as living in the Hilltop area.

Pet Food Bank Distribution Rules

  • Please note that our program is designed to SUPPLEMENT your ability to provide pet food and is not intended to be your sole source of food.
  • We will require that all pets be spayed/neutered after your first visit and reserve the right to require proof of spay/neuter of your pets. We do offer a low-cost program for spay/neuter or can give other recommendations if needed. Some exceptions may apply.
  • Families obtaining additional pets while utilizing our food banks may be denied future food services. Some exceptions may apply.
  • We do not provide food to feral cat colonies. We are a strong supporter of TNR but do not have the resources to provide food for feral cats.

We operate an emergency pet food bank from our office at 1550 N. Broadway, Suite 100 on Wednesdays ONLY from 10am to 4pm. All other listed rules apply to this food bank as well.
